    Early Childhood Education Roundtable

    Thursday April 28, 2016 / 5:45 – 7:30 pm

    Through FREE monthly meetings and workshops early childhood educators are invited to access the Museum’s galleries to explore questions about the dynamic multi-modal learning that results from inquiry–based early childhood learning and creative play. Implications for teaching and learning are integral to the group experience.     Guided Tour – Thursday Evening

    Thursday April 28, 2016 / 6 – 7 pm

    Tour the featured exhibition with one of the Museum’s trained docents during a regularly scheduled Guided Tour offered Thursdays at 6pm (except First Thursdays); Saturdays at 1pm; and Sundays at 1pm. Reservations are not needed. Free with admission.

    Curator of Mammalogy at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City, Ross MacPhee is the co-curator of The Horse, and an expert in the archaeology and paleontology of horses. Join MacPhee for an exciting look into the long history of horses and their kin.
