The E.L. Cord Museum School of the Nevada Museum of Art is accepting enrollment for the below classes. Classes are limited in size, therefore early registration is recommended. Scholarships are available for all ages. Please call the Museum for details at 775.329.3333 ex 260.

CARTOONING
Saturdays, February 4 to February 18 / 10:00AM - 11:30AM
Kids will have fun learning step-by-step cartooning techniques in this hands-on introduction. Students will explore a variety of cartoon styles, create expression and action in cartoons, and build a basic cartoon strip. Doodling while the instructor is talking is encouraged!

CLAY TURDS FOR TODDLERS
Saturdays, February 18 to March 3 / 9:30AM - 10:15AM
Explore the interesting textures and forms that can be created in clay with your toddler. Works will be sculpted, glazed and fired during this fascinating development opportunity. Price includes one parent and one child.

FOUR HANDS PLAYING
Saturdays, February 18 to March 3 / 10:30AM - 11:30AM
Enjoy a Saturday mornings playing together with your small child. Sculpt, fire, and glaze different clay projects with all four hands collaborating to make this a wonderful tactile learning experience for parent and child. Price includes one parent and one child.

KIDS CLAY CLUB
Saturdays, March 17 to March 31 / 10:00AM - 10:30AM
Kids will learn hand-building techniques while discovering the fun and tactile properties of clay. Students will sculpt coil pots, boxes, and more. After finishing the pieces with colorful glazes, projects will be fired in the kiln, creating ceramic works of art to be enjoyed for years.
