Designed by internationally renowned architect Will Bruder,
the Nevada Museum of Art is a four-level, 55,000 square foot building that promises to
be one of the most distinguished architectural achievements in Nevada.
The main rotating exhibition gallery has tripled in size and other galleries provide for
the continuing display of the Museum's unique permanent collection. Installation, video, and experimental
exhibitions have been added to the Museum's gallery offerings. A library for research and study is included
in the design. The cafe, lecture hall, sculpture garden, meeting places and expanded Museum Store will
enable the NMA to become a comprehensive educational and community center for the arts.
