NOTE: This class is also offered on Saturday, April 20 Join chef and owner Nicholle Alumbaugh of Homage Bakery and Nathanael May of Portland Roasting Coffee to learn more about the production and processing of coffee, sustainable practices and the "how to" of a good cup of coffee. Trace coffee's journey "from soil to saucer" and enjoy a special dessert pairing and coffee tasting presented at Homage Bakery. Homage Bakery is located at 519 Ralston Street. Portland Roasting Coffee was awarded 2012 Roaster of the Year by Roast Magazine and is the recipient of the 2013 Good Food Gold Seal Award. Coffee tasting and dessert pairing included with registration.
