THE ART OF MEDITATION

Do you have a busy mind? Would you like to learn to quiet it? Everyone can accomplish this through meditation. A quiet mind creates peacefulness, greater focus, improved memory, better sleep and less disease. Join us for this three week class and you will learn how and why meditation works. You will be taught simple techniques that you can take home and use on your own. Students of all levels are welcome.
