In-Kind Gifts

The Nevada Museum of Art benefits enormously from in-kind Gifts that provide non-cash support for a wide variety of needs. In-kind Gifts always require approval by and coordination with Museum staff. Marketing & Promotion

The Museum dedicates a significant portion of its annual budget to marketing/promotion of its exhibitions, program and services, and in-kind gifts in this area can make an enormous difference to our bottom line. Support can be in the areas of design services, printing, billboards, radio and print advertising, etc.

Special Events

The Museum and its support organization Volunteers in Art coordinate a number of special events every year. Support of these events with in-kind donations helps to reduce cost and increase profit. Gifts in this area include food donations, catering, wine, flowers, décor, services, venue fees or venue donations, etc.

Auctions/Raffle Prizes

Some of the Museum’s events incorporate live and silent auctions and raffles as a way to raise needed funds. Many non-cash items make wonderful donations – airline tickets, tickets to performing arts or sports events, restaurant gift certificates, hotel rooms, golf packages, etc.

Capital Needs

The Museum has a variety of capital needs and donations in this area include computers or other IT needs, exhibition installation materials, construction materials, office supplies etc.
