Stay Gold: Summer Ride and Rooftop Blowout with the Holland Project

    Saturday July 30, 2016 / 8 – 11 pm

Join us for our annual summer blow-out, presented in partnership with the Holland Project and the Reno Bike Project. This year’s theme: STAY GOLD. The event kicks off at The Holland Project with a parking lot party featuring installations, DIY letter station, vintage Reno neon, and food and drink. Peek by the Serva Pool Space to see The Jacket, an exploration of the jacket as a symbol of youth identity and culture though the ages. At dusk, we move. Hop on your bike for a night ride, with secret pit stops along way. The journey ends at the Nevada Museum of Art with a 60s zodiac star party in the Sky Room. Palm readers, tarot, star gazing with Fleichmann Planetarium, a moon landing station, and the ultimate dance party. Special guests include the Can’t Gets, Golden Girls, and more.

    TIMELINE:
    8:00 – 8:40 pm – HOLLAND PROJECT (140 Vesta Street)
    8:45 – 9:20 pm – RIDE & STOPS
    9:30 – 11:30 pm – NEVADA MUSEUM OF ART
