    Hands ON! Second Saturdays

    Saturday November 12, 2016 / 10 am – 6 pm

    Washoe County Library Systems co-hosts “Fall Fun” at Hands ON!

    Enjoy free admission, a live performance, hands-on art activities and storytelling in this free monthly program for families.

    SCHEDULE 

    10 am – 6 pm | Free Admission for all Visitors 
    10 am – 4 pm | Art Project: Fall Leaves Nature Journals
    10 am – 4 pm | Interactive Photo Booth presented by WCLS
    10 am – 4 pm | Meet Washoe County Library Systems (WCLS) staff and learn about programs for families. Sign up for a library card.
    10:30 & 11 am | Children’s Storytelling with WCLS
    12 pm | Performance: Stead Elementary RPA Kids Strings
    1:00 pm | Public Tour (adult focus) – 2nd Floor 
    2:30 & 3 pm | Children’s Storytelling with WCLS

    Lead sponsorship for the Hands ON! program through 2024 is provided by the Robert S. and Dorothy J. Keyser Foundation with additional support from the Sato Foundation, U.S. Bank, Art4Moore and the City of Reno Arts & Culture Commission. Second Saturdays is sponsored exclusively by the Nightingale Family Foundation.

  • Group Tours

    Guided Tour – Saturday Afternoon

    Saturday November 12, 2016 / 1 – 2 pm

    Tour the featured exhibition with one of the Museum’s trained docents during a regularly scheduled Guided Tour offered Thursdays at 6 pm (except First Thursdays); Saturdays at 1 pm; and Sundays at 1 pm. Reservations are not needed. Free with admission.
