Introduction to Silver Smithing: Hammered Bracelet

In this hands-on silversmithing workshop, you’ll learn how to transform copper pipe into a unique hammered cuff bracelet. Students will be introduced to the basics of annealing and shaping copper, then use a metal stake and hammer to gradually form the metal into a comfortable cuff.
You’ll learn essential finishing techniques, including cutting, filing, and sanding the edges for a smooth, wearable finish. To complete your bracelet, you’ll have the option to polish the copper for a bright finish or apply a patina to create a darker, aged appearance.
No prior experience needed and all materials provided.

 Note: There will be a 30 minute break for lunch.
