Join us for a mid-morning yoga celebration to honor the Winter Solstice. Journey through movement and music with a community of fellow yogis to observe the shortest day of the year.

The Sky Room program will consist of 108 sun salutations guided by yoga instructor Sean Johnstone along with wife Nikki, on the turntable, who will lead you through a breath and movement sequences to a curated live playlist.

All levels of yoga practioners are welcome, including first-timers. Participants should bring their own yoga mat and water in a sealed container.
