What services are available for visitors with special needs?

The Museum is committed to enabling all visitors to experience our exhibitions and programs. All public areas of the Museum are wheelchair accessible and motorized wheelchairs are permitted. Courtesy wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis at the “Membership and Admission” desk. Elevators are located throughout the Museum. Assistive listening devices are available for programs hosted in the Wayne and Miriam Prim Theater. Sign language interpretation is provided with two weeks advance notice. Please call 775.329.3333 ex. 100 for arrangements. Guide dogs are welcome.
