Miniature Books

Saturday, September 26 / 10:30 am – 4:30 pm

Each miniature hard cover book is a unique work of art, distilling all the elements of a larger book down into smaller proportions. We will create two miniature books, each with a hard cover featuring cloth backing and cloth corners. The covers and insides will be individually designed and chosen from an array of handmade, decorative papers and book cloth. We’ll also add decorative stitching to the spine. These fun bookbinding projects are a great way to get acquainted with hardcover binding and bookbinding in general.
