The Art of Meditation

Thursdays, October 20 – November 10 / 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Meditation is a technique for inner peace and wellness. Meditation can be a cornerstone of a healthy, happy, productive life. Everyone can do it. This class is taught by an expert who has over 30 years of experience helping people just like you. It does not require concentration or any special skill. You will learn different techniques each week that you can take home and use on your own. All are welcome, from first-timers to advanced students. 

Instructor: Stephen Jacobs 
Ages: 15 and Up / All Levels 

Instructor Notes: Please wear comfortable clothes. Students will meditate while seated in chairs.
