Event Spaces

Donald W. Reynolds Grand Hall

A soaring atrium with over 4,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, plentiful light combines to create a venue that is endlessly flexible and capable of graciously accommodating meetings, wedding receptions and elegant luncheons and dinners. The grand hall accommodates 200 people seated or as many as 350 people for stand-up receptions.

Charles N. Mathewson | IGT Founders’ Room

This elegant and efficient executive meeting space is located on the third floor and can be configured for meetings, luncheons, dinners, and receptions. Depending on the layout of the room, the 1,300 sq. ft. space will accommodate up to 75 people.

Center for Art + Environment | Fred & Sherry Sibayan Library

The Library is the perfect space for an intimate meeting or study group. With the space to host up to 8 guests, this private room has Wi-Fi access and includes three desks to accommodate laptop computers.

Wayne and Miriam Prim Theater Lobby

Located adjacent to Reynolds Grand Hall, the theater lobby is a classic lobby space, capable of hosting up to 75 guests in a reception setting. Perfect for socializing before or after programs hosted in the Wayne and Miriam Prim Theater, the space can also accommodate presentations made from a podium.

Wayne and Miriam Prim Theater

The Wayne and Miriam Prim Theater features an intimate stage, 180 seats, digital Dolby 5.1 audio and advanced video projection capabilities. The space is ideal for musicians, small theater troupes, films, business meetings and weddings requiring advanced audio/visual technology. Food and beverages are not permitted in the Theater.

Rooftop Penthouse

Offering a unique balance between indoor and outdoor settings, the Rooftop Penthouse can accommodate small dinners and receptions for up to 30 guests. Enjoy downtown and mountain vistas while hosting an event in Reno’s most unique venue.

Nightingale Rooftop Gallery

Panoramic views from atop the most distinctive building in downtown Reno make this the perfect site for wedding ceremonies, anniversary parties, or any festive occasion that requires a very special setting. The rooftop has 8,000 sq. ft. of event space capable of seating over 300 people. Weather conditions may require tents (at an additional cost) or sometimes can prevent use of this space. Glassware is not allowed on the rooftop.
