Educator Evening: Lake Tahoe’s Timber

Local educators are invited to this FREE special series on the first Wednesday of every month (excluding January and July). Join Charles N. Mathewson Curator of Education Colin M. Robertson for a presentation, discussion and activity exploring the theme of timber in the Tahoe: A Visual History exhibition as it relates to the Nevada Academic Content Standards. A light reception will follow the presentation.

Teacher in-service credit is available for participating in the Educator Evenings. Earn 0.5 teacher in-service credit for attending five Educator Evenings and 1.0 credit for attending ten during August 1 through July 31 timeframe. Please check with the State of Nevada to see if credit may be applied to your area of licensure.
