Judy Chicago In Conversation with Bill Fox

Judy Chicago In Conversation with Bill Fox

In this online conversation, Judy Chicago and CA+E Director Bill Fox will talk about the importance of archives in general, the Center for Art + Environment’s recent acquisition of Chicago’s Dry Ice, Smoke, and Fireworks archive, and how her Atmospheres work expands the definition of Land Art. JoAnne Northrup, Curatorial Director and Curator of Contemporary Art, will moderate this conversation, which can be attended from anywhere.

This program will be hosted on Facebook Live by Through the Flower artspace. You do not need a Facebook account to watch. Those interested in attending the Live event virtually are encouraged to participate by submitting questions through Through the Flower’s Facebook or Instagram by September 18. They are running a contest for submitted questions; one winner will be chosen to receive an autographed copy of Chicago’s autobiography.
