Introduction to Photoshop

Saturdays, March 24 and 31 / 10 am – 2 pm

Students new to Adobe Photoshop will be introduced to the basic features and concepts of the program. Students will learn how to organize and open files, gain a basic understanding of image editing and will explore the basic tools and functions of the program, including working with layers and color modes, adjusting image size and resolution, and will be introduced to basic retouching and image manipulation. 

Required Supplies:
Please bring a laptop to class. Students need to have Photoshop already install on their laptop before class begins. This class will cover the professional version of Photoshop, but not Photoshop Elements. If you need to download a trial version of Photoshop, you can find a link to the demo here: https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop.html?promoid=PC1PQQ5T&mv=other

Please download and install the demo before class begins. Files for class will be provided by the instructor.
