Painting Clinic: Portrait Anatomy

Painting Clinic: Portrait Anatomy

Sunday, January 28 / 10 am – 12:30 pm

Painting clinics are designed to offer specific instruction on a variety of techniques and painting challenges. This series is ideal for Painting: Open Studio students looking for additional instruction and help with specific topics.

Join us this month as we take a close look at the anatomy of a portrait. Students will learn proper measurements of the face from front, side and three-quarter view. Students will also review the structure of the eyes, nose, mouth and ears. Depending on your preference, bring your paint, charcoal or pencil and get ready for some fun exercises to improve your skills!
