Photography Techniques

This class will be hosted virtually. Registered students will be given a self-paced video for week one with an assignment. The following four weeks will meet live on Zoom and will explore photography techniques. Each week will focus on a new topic including composition, color, scale and light. Weekly Zoom meeting will include demos as well as group critiques. Students will use the week in between classes to shoot independently while focusing on the current topic. Students will submit via email two to three images per week to the instructor for inclusion in the weekly class review.

Supplies and Instructor Notes: 

Students need own a camera that has manual control over ISO, shutter speed and aperture and interchangeable lenses.

A tripod is recommended but not required.
