Sewing Basics: Draw-String Carrot Easter Bags

Create a one of a kind Easter candy bag! Make one or several carrots as the perfect Easter treat bag in this two-hour class. The instructor will walk you through the process while you learn basic serger skills while building on your own sewing skills with this easy construction bag. 

Note: The museum has a few Singer Brilliance 6180 machines for student use, but if you would prefer to bring your own machine, you are more than welcome.

Supply List: 

  • 1/4 yard each of green and orange fabric
  • 1 yard of ribbon or string for each bag
