The Art of Meditation

Meditation is a technique that supports inner peace and wellness. Meditation can be a cornerstone of a healthy, happy, productive life and help support balance during periods of uncertainty. This class will be presented virtually and will provide meditation techniques that can be accomplished at home. This class is taught by an expert who has over 30 years of experience helping people just like you. It does not require concentration or any special skill. You will learn different techniques each week that you will be able to use on your own. All are welcome, from first-timers to advanced students.
VIRTUAL CLASS INFO: This class will be held online through Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent to registrants the day before class begins.
