Winter Botanicals in Watercolor

Wednesday, December 14 / 10 am – 3 pm

Capture botanicals in luminous watercolor! Students will have a choice of several specimens that reflect a range of skill levels.The class will include demonstration and individualized instruction. Those new to botanical illustration are welcome though some watercolor experience is recommended.

Instructor: Carroll Charlet
Ages: Adult (15+) / Some watercolor experience recommended 

Supply List:

• Your personal water color pallet. (If you are a beginner please contact  Carroll for pallet suggestions)
• Watercolor brushes including #6 and #2 round (Silver/Black brand recommended and available at Nevada Fine Arts)
• Arches paper cold pressed  #140,  or hot pressed #140 for more advanced students. 
• * Paper can be purchased from the instructor during class for $2 a sheet as we will use only one or two sheets
• Roll of paper towels
• Drawing pencil
• Kneaded eraser
• 2 Plastic water containers
