Museum School Open House and Hands ON! Second Saturdays

Enjoy free admission, live performances, hands-on art activities and storytelling in this free monthly program for families. The Museum School Open House includes faculty meet-and-greets, drop in drawing sessions and discounts on class registrations!

10 am – 4 pm | Paint Your Own Star Ornament
10 am – 4 pm | Print Your Own Folk Art Holiday Cards
10 am – 4 pm | Drop in Drawing
10 am – 4 pm | Nevada Humanities presents “My Nevada” – a drop in watercolor project inspired by your love of Nevada
10 am – 4 pm | Live Painting Demos
10:30 & 11 am | Children’s Storytelling with Kathleen Durham
12:15 pm | Van Gorder Honor Choir Performance
1:00 pm | Public Tour (adult focus)
2 pm | In-Tune Tales presents spoken and sung stories inspired by Dr. Seuss’s “The Grinch” – Live Performance
2:30 & 3 pm | Children’s Storytelling with Kathleen Durham
